You can import contacts quickly and easily from Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows Mail (Vista OS) into Verizon Webmail.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Exporting your contacts to a .csv file
Outlook Express
a. Select File > Export > Addressbook from the main menu.
b. You must export all the email address fields for each contact
c. On the next screen, select text file (Comma Separated Values)
d. Click Export
e. Save the file to your desktop
Microsoft Outlook
a. Select File > Import/Export > Export from the main menu
b. Choose Comma Separated Values (Windows)
c. Select Contacts
d. Export all email address fields for each contact
e. Click Export
f. Save the file to your desktop
Windows Mail (Vista OS)
a. Windows Mail > File > Export > Windows Contacts
b. Choose Comma Separated Values (Windows)
c. Enter Filename and select Location to save
d. Export all email address fields for each contact
e. Click Finish
f. Click on OK Button on the success message
Step 2: Importing them to Verizon Webmail
Sign into Verizon Webmail
a. Click on the Contacts icon on the top left panel.
b. Then Click on More... on the Contacts Toolbar
c. Click on Import
d. Click Browse to Locate the .csv you created with your contacts
e. Then Click on Import Contacts
